Delivery & Ordering FAQ's

Standard delivery orders are usually shipped within 24 hours although we aim to ship the same day if you order before 3pm. You should receive your order to a UK address within 2-3 working days.

(Please note that due to COVID-19, deliveries times may be a little longer depending on your location.)

After particularly busy weekends and bank holidays some orders may take a little longer to dispatch. Please email us if your order is urgent.

​We currently ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday will not be dispatched until the following business day. Please try to bear this in mind when ordering before weekends or bank holidays.

If your order hasn’t arrived, you must notify us within 21 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing.

For your peace of mind all orders are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this. It will also contain the tracking code for your order.

Provided that the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request. Please email us on fred@chilloutfred.com or fill in our Contact Form for more details.

Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct prior to completing your order, as these details cannot be easily changed once the order has been dispatched.
